ReplyDeleteI’ve looked through your SWOT analysis and I think that you should add Teacher Strikes into your Threats category as they are a threat to your schools mission statement and aims.
In some research conducted by Belot (2010), he found that teacher strikes can lead to significant losses for the children involved, including the loss of essential knowledge.
