Dronfield Junior School
This part of my assignment will look at the structure of my work placement. This took place at Dronfield Junior School and on completing around 50 hours of experience, I have managed to get an insight into what teaching primary school children is like. During my time I have picked up on the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, so in this assignment I will analyse the organisation and talk about the strengths and weaknesses, and the areas for improvement.
Blog entry 1 will talk about the mission statement and the aims of the organisation,
Blog entry number 2 will analyse the organisation, including a SWOT and a PEST analysis.
